What it is
Factory-built panels,
assembled by us.
The walls, ceiling, and benches arrive as finished sections in Western red cedar or another wood of your choice. We assemble them on site, usually faster than a custom-cut installation.
Modular works well outdoors, in rentals, and anywhere you might want to take the sauna with you later. Modernista is an outdoor cedar unit; Donohue is a modular infrared sauna beside a pool.
Planning
Flexible, but still planned.

- Indoors or out. Outdoor units need a level base and a plan for drainage.

- Floor area and ceiling height set the panel sizes we can use.
- Power
- Heater capacity determines the electrical supply, which we confirm before ordering.

- Lava rock or infrared. Infrared suits modular units especially well.
Timing
Less time on site.
Assembly usually takes less time than a custom-cut build, often a single day once the base and power are in place.
Current lead time from order to installation is 8 to 10 weeks.
